Estimates Are Simply Estimates

Post job invoices will be itemized with hourly ‘Drive Time’ and hourly ‘Wrangling’ fee line items

We invoice, post job completion, with exact time stamps. Post job invoices are almost always more or less than estimates, pending how long your project actually takes us to complete

Typical Invoice Itemizations Include:

-Truck Fee: $100 per truck brought, per day

-Local Drive Time Fee: $100 per hour, per truck driven, round trip

-Long Distance Drive Time Fee: $75 per hour, per truck driven, round trip

-‘Wrangling’ Fee: $100 per hour, per man brought

When our feet are on the ground, we are ‘Wrangling.’ When we are wrapping, packing, loading, unloading, lifting, placing, assembling, arranging, and/or dumping your items, we are ‘Wrangling’

-Commercial Dumpster Access Fee: $50

-Extra Materials Fee (As Needed): Cost + 20%

If extra materials (extra shrink wrap, extra boxes, extra tape, extra bubble wrap, additional moving pads, etc) are bought, per your request, on your behalf, we will invoice, post job completion using a ‘cost + 20%’ equation

-Lodging and Gas Fee (For Long Distance Trips Only): Cost + 20%

’Wrangling’ = Lifting, Moving, Assembling Furniture, Placing or Rearranging Furniture, Unboxing, Packing, Removing Trash

-$100 / hour for 1 man’s assistance | $87 job minimum

-$200 / hour for a 2-man team | $137 job minimum

-$300 / hour for a 3-man team | $187 job minimum

-$400 / hour for a 4-man team | $237 job minimum

-$500 / hour for a 5-man team | $287 job minimum

-$600 / hour for a 6-man team | $337 job minimum

When we transport items:

-$100, per truck, per day, for in-town trips

-Estimates are subject to variability pending customized truck needs for out-of-town trips

-$100 per hour, per truck driven, round trip, for in-town trips

-$75 per hour, per man brought, round trip, for long-haul trips

*940 Main Road Johns Island, SC 29455 (where we house our moving equipment) is your job’s origin and final destination

-As needed, $50 is required, one time, if we dump your unwanted items, excess boxes, or packing material waste in our commercial dumpster

-Your family’s storage unit is at the Cube Smart facility located at 3665 Bohicket Rd Johns Island, SC 29455

-You need a 2-man team to move a couch and a dining room table from your storage unit to your home, on High Dunes Lane Johns Island, SC 29455, near Kiawah Island’s Marsh House

-You need your 2-man team to remove and dump an old 9 × 12 ft rug your beloved pets have been napping on for several years

Local Estimate Breakdown:

-$100 Truck Fee (one time)

-$150 Dive Time Fee (Your job’s 1.5 hour round trip includes a 15 minute drive from where we house our moving equipment to your storage unit + a 30 minute drive from your storage unit to your home + a 45 minute return drive from your home to where we house our moving equipment)

-$200 Hourly Man Power Fee (It takes your 2-man team 30 minutes to pack up at your storage unit and an additional 30 minutes for them to unload and place your couch and dining room table at your home)

-$50 Commercial Dumpster Access Fee (one time)

=$500 Total
