Estimates Are Simply Estimates

Post job invoices will be itemized with hourly ‘Drive Time’ and hourly ‘Wrangling’ fee line items

We invoice, post job completion, with exact time stamps. Post job invoices are almost always more or less than estimates, pending how long your project actually takes us to complete

Typical Invoice Itemizations Include:

-Truck Fee: $100 per truck used, per day

-Local Travel Fee: $100 per hour, per truck driven, round trip (regardless of how many men we bring in each truck)

-Long Distance Travel Fee: $75 per hour, per man brought, round trip

-‘Wrangling’ Fee: $100 per hour, per man brought

When our feet are on the ground, we are ‘Wrangling.’ When we are wrapping, packing, loading, unloading, lifting, placing, assembling, arranging, and/or dumping your items, we are ‘Wrangling’

-Extra Materials Fee (As Needed): Cost + 20%

If extra materials (extra shrink wrap, extra boxes, extra tape, extra bubble wrap, additional moving pads, etc) are bought, per your request, on your behalf, we will invoice, post job completion using a ‘cost + 20%’ equation

-Lodging and Gas Fee (For Long Distance Trips Only): Cost + 20%

We will invoice, post job completion, using a ‘cost + 20%’ equation

When we transport items:

-$100, per truck, per day, for in-town trips and for out-of-town trips

-Estimates are subject to variability pending customized truck needs for out-of-town trips

-$100 per hour, per truck driven, round trip, for in-town trips

-$75 per hour, per man brought, round trip, for long-haul trips

Local Estimate Breakdown:

-$100 Truck Fee (one time)

-$150 Travel Fee (Your job’s 1.5 hour round trip includes a 15 minute drive. from where we house our moving equipment to your storage unit, plus a 30 minute drive, from your storage unit to your home, plus a 45 minute return drive, from your home to where we house our moving equipment)

-$100 ‘Wrangling’ Fee (It takes 1 man 30 minutes to pack up at your storage unit and an additional 30 minutes for him to unload your at your home)
